Manchester: The Office of the Inspector General has launched an investigation into the death of a New York man who became unresponsive while in the custody of Manchester police. An Xcel Energy crew arrived on scene shortly after the fire was out and will work to bypass the section that was burned and replace the pole and transformer impacted, Reinking said. Parts of Wellington are experiencing power outages. The fire started by a transformer explosion, Reinking said.
